Artist's Statement
The challenge in photography is to recognize that moment when something special is in front of you and to have a camera with you. My photographic journey began in Atlanta, GA when I was eleven.
I remember trying to capture the essence of my pet ducks using an instamatic camera. Much later, I traded in the Instamatic for a 35mm camera and Fujichrome film, and now I use both 35mm and digital formats... more
